世界中医药学会联合会简介

   世界中医药学会联合会（以下简称“世界中联”）是经中华人民共和国国务院批准，民政部登记注册，总部设在北京的国际性学术组织，是国家中医药管理局对外交流与合作的窗口，是总部设在中国的二个国际学术组织之一，是世卫组织的非政府成员单位。

   现任主席是原中华人民共和国卫生部副部长、原中国中医药管理局局长佘靖女士。宗旨为增进了解与合作保护和发展中医药；主要任务是制定国际行业标准，开展国际认证。已有65个国家和地区的239个团体会员组成，登记注册了128个专业委员会。

小儿脑瘫专业委员会简介

   小儿脑瘫专业委员会根据国家“一带一路”中医药发展规划，为充分发挥中医药特色与优势，促进世界各国（地区）小儿脑瘫中医、中西医结合诊疗与康复的学术交流，开展小儿脑瘫多学科、多部门合作研究与创新，进行小儿脑性瘫痪中药制剂以及诊疗设备的开发，脑瘫中医诊疗与康复国际标准的制定，人才培养，实用技术的培训与推广，推动小儿脑瘫健康产业的规范发展，为中医药走向世界做出应有贡献。由宋虎杰教授、李晓捷教授等发起，经世界中联秘书处研究决定批准了“世界中医药学会联合会小儿脑瘫专业委员会”（简称世界中联脑瘫专委会）的立项申请。

   小儿脑瘫专业委员会会员发展以中医为主，同时吸纳热爱脑瘫中医康复治疗及学术推广的临床、康复、护理、科研、教育等工作的有识之士，愿为世界中联小儿脑瘫专业委员会贡献自己力量的人员，都在发展之列。

   世界中联脑瘫专委会成立大会暨第一届国际小儿脑瘫诊疗与康复学术论坛将于2016年8月在陕西西安召开。届时将邀请境内外专家就小儿脑瘫中医、中西医结合相关问题进行专题讲座、交流及研讨。

Introduction of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies

The World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS) is approved by the state council of China and registered in the ministry of civil affairs, as an international academic organization headquartered in Beijing is the window of state administration for foreign exchange and cooperation of traditional Chinese medicine, is one of the two international academic organizations headquartered in China and a non-governmental member of WHO.

The current chairman of WFCMS is She Jing, The former deputy health minister. Aim to enhance understanding and cooperation in the protection and development of traditional Chinese medicine. Main task is to develop the international industry standard and carry out international certification. There have 246 member organizations from 65 countries and regions, registered 128 professional committees.

Introduction of Specialty Committee of Cerebral Palsy

Specialty Committee of Cerebral Palsy of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS-SCCP) is according to the state one belt and one road TCM development plan, to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, promote academic exchanges of TCM and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and rehabilitation pediatric cerebral palsy all over the world, have multidisciplinary and multisectoral cooperation, research and innovation for children with cerebral palsy, and develop Chinese medicinal preparation and equipments, to establish international standards for cerebral palsy in TCM treatment and rehabilitation, the talent training, training and promotion of practical technology, promote the norm development of pediatric cerebral palsy health industry, and to make due contribution to the Chinese medicine go to the world. Professor Song Hujie and Professor Li Xiaojie launched the application for WFCMS-SCCP which is approved by the secretariat of WFCMS.

Membership primary develop traditional Chinese medicine, and to absorb people with visions in cerebral palsy prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation，nursing, education, scientific research and so on, who willing to contribute their strength are in development.

Founding conference of Cerebral Palsy Specialty Committee of WFCMS and the first international academic forum on cerebral palsy treatment will hold in Xi’an city of Shaanxi province on August 2016.We will invite domestic and overseas experts on cerebral palsy to have seminar, communication and discussion on cerebral palsy TCM and integrative medicine.
